We offer complimentary shipping on orders within Australia, by Australia Post.

For orders outside of Australia, we ship the orders by EMS express. The shipping cost will vary, and this is calculated at the checkout.

If you would prefer an alternative courier or postal service, please contact us after confirmation and we will be able to arrange a reimbursement for the difference.

All orders are dispatched from our atelier in Sydney, Australia. We ship delivery duties unpaid, therefore any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

As customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, we have no control over these charges and cannot indicate what these costs will be. Please contact your local customs office for information what to expect for these prices.

As each product is made to order, we do not offer any refunds for change of mind.

However if the goods have been damaged by the courier, or the promised quality is not met, we will make a consideration for this. In this case, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of observing the defect, and the product must be returned in its original, unaltered condition - at the cost of the customer.
